Is Arclift free?
Yes. Arclift is free to download, and logging workouts, building templates, your full history, iCloud sync, Apple Health and sharing stay free forever, with no limit on templates or workouts. Arclift Pro is optional.
What does Arclift Pro add?
Pro turns your log into analysis and coaching: full training statistics over any range, progress charts for every lift, the recovery and load body map, the progression coach with next-session targets and deloads, and targets that hold steady when sleep, HRV and resting heart rate show poor recovery.
How much does Arclift Pro cost?
On the US App Store, Pro is $2.99 a month, $19.99 a year, or $49.99 once for lifetime access. Other countries have their own prices, and the App Store shows yours before you confirm anything.
Is there a lifetime option?
Yes. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that never renews. It unlocks Pro on your Apple Account for good, and you can restore it if you reinstall the app.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In the Settings app under your Apple Account, or from Arclift’s settings screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to stop the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
What happens to my workouts if Pro ends?
Nothing you logged is deleted. Logging, templates and your history keep working, and the Pro screens lock again until you subscribe.
Do I need an account?
No. There’s no sign-up, email or password. Your training is stored on your iPhone and synced through your own iCloud account, and purchases go through your Apple Account.
Can I bring my history from Hevy or Strong?
Yes, for free. Export a CSV from Hevy or Strong, then choose Settings, Import from Hevy or Strong in Arclift. Your past workouts come in as finished sessions.
